I am so thrilled to finally be publishing the 2nd Episode of “Your Best New Self with Helen Elizabeth”.

In this episode, I’ve chosen to share kind of an overview of my testimony, as well as why I believe we can trust God no matter our circumstances. Throughout the episode, we’ll be breaking down Romans 8:28 which states, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”

By studying this verse and seeing how it can apply to our lives, my hope is that you’ll walk away with a greater understanding of one important lesson, which is: “Even when our situations are bad, God is still good; and we can trust that He’s working behind the scenes for good and for a purpose.”
