Hello, Friends!

Ever feel like your emotions are wrecking your relationships, heart and life in general? I’m with you! Self-control when it comes to emotions has been one of my biggest stumbling blogs in my spirital walk. So, since this seems to be a common theme for us Christ followers, I think it’s about time we talk about it!

In this “Your Best New Self” Instagram (IG) Live Bible Study, we discuss the topic of emotions as we continue walking through Ecclesiastes in chapters 4 & 5. My prayer is that we would both learn to deal with our most difficult emotions in a healthy and God-centered way via self-checking (I’ll explain more in the video)!
